Recently Elder Fralick wrote a good article on "Grace: First. Last. But what of the middle?" It condemned the Hardshells for their not giving the Lord the full credit for conversion, as they do for their regeneration and final salvation.
Hardshells will often cite verses from the bible that say "salvation is of the Lord" and affirm that this would not be the case if salvation involved God's use of human means, or preachers of the gospel. By this argument, however, they are admitting that their "conversion" or "time salvation" is not of the Lord! They believe means are necessary for conversion! Truly "the legs of the lame are not equal."
